[5/14] Noto Peninsula Reconstruction Assistance【Kiku Zushi & Sushi Shiro】Special Collaboration Event

A one-day Noto Peninsula Reconstruction Assistance event by Yusuke Seguchi, owner of Kiku Zushi, and Shiro Koguchi, owner of Sushi Shiro.
A special menu will be prepared.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund.

All we can do as chefs is to serve delicious food.
I will be making sushi with the hope that we can lead to a complete recovery as soon as possible. Although it is a very small effort, we are going to this event with the hope that each nigiri we make with all our hearts will lead to the future.

As part of our social contribution activities, we are pleased to collaborate with my esteemed senior apprentice Yusuke Seguchi to bring you an unprecedented experience of taste.
Since returning to Japan, we have faced many difficulties in the early days of our business, but we have been supported by the help of many people. We hope that our charity activities will help those in need, even if it is only a small contribution. We hope that this activity will spread to many people and lead to the complete recovery of the affected areas as soon as possible.

*It will start all at the time of reservation. If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals.
We will guide you to our private parking lot if you arrive by car. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use the parking lot. If the parking lot is full, please use a nearby parking lot.
