「CIRPAS」 is a famous French restaurant where chef Nori Yoshida, who runs the Youtube channel “George” with 1.15 million registered users, serves as chef.
It was born to create a new trend (circulation) with great passion.
We are seeking a solution to the question, “For whom is the restaurant for? and expressing a “new standard” on the plate.
「MINAKI」 is a sake that won the Trophy Award, the highest evaluation at the International Wine Challenge (IWC), the world's most prestigious wine and sake competition, just six months after its first release in 2022.
This unprecedented accomplishment has excited the industry, and has been introduced in many five-star hotels and famous restaurants that have won three stars.
「CIRPAS」 and 「MINAKI」, both seeking tradition and innovation, will unite their thoughts to create a special space for one night only. We hope you will enjoy the event.
*Mr. Yoshida of CIRPAS, who is extremely busy, and Mr. Kenji Minaki, the owner of MINAKI, will join us for this event and offer a special CIRPAS pairing course designed especially for this occasion, as well as a full lineup of two bottles of MINAKI, a hard-to-find Japanese sake.
