”Sushi Sho” was closed at the end of January last year, and we are now opening a new restaurant, ‘Sushi Tsumugu’ at the same location.
We are planning to open a new sushi restaurant in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles in the fall of this year, and will dispatch Mr. and Mrs. Takahashi, who are sushi chefs.
Until then, Sushi Tsumugu will be open for a limited time for about six months to carry on the spirit of Sushi Sho.
As the name of the restaurant implies, we intend to continue to weave the tradition and techniques of sushi.
We will continue to serve you with the best sushi traditions and techniques, and we are looking forward to serving you in the short time we have left.
