We carefully select and purchase the best ingredients from both domestic and international sources, and are thoroughly committed to 'grilling'—the process of applying heat—to maximize the flavor of these ingredients. As a grill gastronomy restaurant, we offer a range of delicate dishes, each meticulously calculated in terms of ingredients and the grilling process.

*Reservations can only be made for restaurant seating at dinner. We do not accept reservations for bar use, so please come to the restaurant in person.

*If we are unable to contact you after 15 minutes of your reserved time, we may have no choice but to treat your reservation as cancelled. When coming from Toranomon Hills Station on the Hibiya Line to our restaurant, there are several elevator transfers in the building, which takes approximately 10 minutes. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
*Seats are available for 2 hours and 30 minutes from the time of reservation.
*Casual chic is recommended as the dress code. Men are requested not to wear light clothing such as tank tops, shorts and flip-flops.
*The swimming pool on the same floor is for ornamental use only. For the safety of our guests, please refrain from entering the water. Please note that the pool is located outdoors and may be difficult to view due to weather conditions (including rain and strong winds).
