Sushi Kaminari

Chuo-ku , Tokyo Sushi

The owner, Daiki Araki, was born to parents who run a sushi restaurant in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, and has been involved in the culinary world since the age of 18.
After 10 years of training at the renowned sushi restaurant "Sushi Saeki" in Ginza, he became the head chef at "Sushi Shirokane Saeki" at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo for three years.

Upon deciding to open his own restaurant, he fell in love with the charming streets of Ningyocho and opened "Sushi Kaminari" in December 2024.
The name of the restaurant was inspired by his parents' sushi restaurant "Kaminari Sushi" in Himeji.
The seasonal fish sourced from markets in Toyosu and the Kansai region, including the premium fresh tuna from the wholesaler "Ishiji," are all top-quality and incredibly fresh.
Enjoy authentic Edo-style sushi made with a carefully crafted blend of red and black vinegar, and expertly controlled temperatures that preserve the perfect balance of flavor.
