The concept of this restaurant is Yakitori and Japanese wine.

The name of the shop, ‘Rigyo’, is a Buddhist word.
It is the act of ‘trying to help and benefit any person’.

We use mainly Kisaki Jidori chicken and pure Nagoya Cochin (breed of chicken),
Our restaurant has inherited the 58-year tradition of Roppongi Kushiyaki Gan-chan,
We aim to serve yakitori without being pedantic, but making the most of what we learn.

We always have wines from more than 400 wineries available so that you can taste Japanese wines from all over the country.
We always have around 15 types of Japanese wine by the glass.

Reservation rules

*Please be sure to inform us of any allergies or food dislikes for all members of your party, including the person making the reservation, in advance.
We may not be able to accept reservations if there are extensive allergies or food dislikes. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please inform us in advance if you have any particular dislikes regarding raw eggs, organ meats (including liver), or green onions. We may not be able to accommodate requests made at the last minute.
*If you are not comfortable with soba noodles or rare chicken (including raw), we may not be able to accommodate your needs fully, so we respectfully ask that you refrain from making a reservation.
*Please refrain from wearing perfume, eau de cologne, or other strong scents. Please be sure to inform your companions.
*It will start all at the time of reservation. If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals.
