The owner carefully selects the best local chickens and seasonal ingredients to create the one and only chicken kaiseki cuisine.
"Kokutei", a phantom chicken said to be the only one of its kind in Japan, and "Kosaka chicken" are used and grilled over Kishu Binchotan charcoal.

Reservation rules

■Regarding Changes to the Number of Guests for Your Reservation:
・In principle, the number of guests cannot be changed after the reservation is confirmed. Please be sure to confirm the reservation date, time, and number of guests before finalizing the reservation.

■Children's visit to the restaurant
・Children under 5 years old (preschoolers) are not allowed in the restaurant.
・Children over 16 years old (not under 15 years old) are allowed at the counter, and children over 6 years old (not under 5 years old) are allowed in the private rooms. Children between 6 and 12 years old must reserve a private room.
・Only those who can eat the same course as adults will be served.
・If you bring your child to a table that cannot be reserved on the day of the event, the accompanying persons will be treated as no-shows and will be charged 100% of the cancellation fee.
・If you wish to reserve a private room with children, please indicate the ages of the children in the special notes in advance. In the event that false information is given, we may refuse future reservations.
・In the event of staining or damage to chairs or other fixtures in the restaurant, we may charge a separate cleaning fee or other costs.

■Regarding the use of private rooms
・Capacity: up to 4 persons.
・A separate private room fee of JPY 4,000 (Tax included) / room will be charged.

■Cautions when visiting the restaurant
・Please make sure that the person who made the reservation is the one who will come. We do not accept any substitutions or transfers of reservations in order to prevent any problems.
・You may be asked to show your ID when entering the restaurant. Please note that if you do not have an ID, we may consider your visit as a proxy and treat it as a no-show.
 (After making a reservation, please contact us in advance if you have special circumstances.)
・We will start at the reserved time. If you arrive late or leave the restaurant before the scheduled time, we may not be able to serve you a portion of your course.
・Please refrain from wearing perfume, eau de cologne, or other strong scents when visiting the restaurant. Please be sure to inform your companions.

■Food Dislikes and Allergies
・Please be sure to mention any food items you are allergic and dislike to in the "Allergies and Special Notes" column when confirming your reservation.
We are unable to accept any other requests. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
・Please let us know in advance if you cannot eat raw chicken or raw eggs. If you inform us in advance, we will heat the meat or replace it with an alternative dish (such as yakitori skewers). If you do not inform us in advance, we will serve raw chicken sashimi as it is.

■Regarding Orders for Chicken Sashimi
・If you wish to order Chicken Sashimi (Otsukuri) – JPY 2,500 (Tax included), please mention it in the "Allergies and Special Notes" section when making your reservation.
※ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate same-day orders.
