In November 2024, a new confectionery shop “Kukuku” will open in Roppongi, Minato-ku.
We challenge the important Japanese cultures of “Wagashi” and “Tea”.
The tea house will be a place where you can enjoy wagashi made in front of your eyes, which value temperature and texture, and the taste and aroma of tea leaves carefully selected from all over the country.
The main course is a pairing course of Wagashi and tea using quality seasonal ingredients,
On evenings and weekends, we offer an assortment of Wagashi, tea sake, and tea wine to create a unique experience.

KOYOMIDORA is a gluten-free dorayaki whose filling changes according to the twelve-month calendar. Rice flour is used instead of wheat flour to make the dough moist and fluffy, and the bean paste inside is filled with a soft, moist filling.
