This is Takashimaya's gem of an event that will be held at “Shinjuku Takashimaya” from March 5 (Wed.) to March 10 (Mon.), bringing together long-established and famous stores from all over Japan.

Mr. Shinya Yamamoto of "No Yashichi", who serves innovative kappo-Chinese cuisine.
Kunihiko Kato of "Ubuka" offers a fresh take on shellfish cuisine.
This five-course menu features “Milt Bean Curd Bean Curd with Crab Cake (using Matsuba and king crab),” a specialty of each restaurant owner, as the main dish.
Please enjoy the menu created by the two of them from the soup to the dessert.
