The global flagship restaurant “Torikaze” embodies the passion of Yoshiteru Ikegawa of the famous restaurant “Torishiki” to “spread yakitori culture to the world”.
Yoshitaka Zeniya, who trained under Yoshiteru Ikegawa, was selected to become the third owner of Torikaze.
We cook each piece of yakitori with care and attention, weaving the best of Japanese cuisine we have cultivated into our courses.
We offer yakitori such as Fukushima Prefecture Date chicken grilled over a “near fire on flame” method directly from Torishiki, as well as a la carte dishes that make the most of the ingredients of each season.

■Owner Profile
YOSHITAKA ZENIYA
Born in Ibaraki Prefecture, he has worked at various Japanese restaurants since the age of 23. He was fascinated by yakitori and opened the door to Torishiki ICHOMON.
After being trained by Yoshiteru Ikegawa, he was given the second position of “Torikaze”.
Selected as the third generation owner of Torikaze in January 2025.
