"TACUBO” is tucked away in a quiet residential area of Ebisu. When you open the door, there are eight seats at the counter in an open kitchen where you can see a wood fire with the aroma of firewood.
The entrance leads to two private rooms with six seats in the back.
We personally visits the production area to select ingredients for his dishes and places importance on close communication with producers.
