Earth Day is an international day of celebration to promote the protection and sustainability of the global environment and is celebrated annually on April 22. On this day, a variety of activities take place around the world with the aim of raising awareness and encouraging action on environmental issues.
CYCLE by Mauro Colagreco, to provide sustainable food experiences and promote the appeal of circular gastronomy, CYCLE by Mauro Colagreco will host a special one-night-only collaboration event with respiracion, a two-Michelin star restaurant in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.

Pairings can be selected from any of the following options in the questionnaire at the time of booking.
The course is a single course, including the pairing, so we cannot accept requests for 'no pairing'.
