Kisanuki

This spring, We will open a new store called “Kisanuki” in Hokuriku.
Chef Kosei Kisanuki, former head chef of Kataori, will conduct the event.

After leaving Kyushu at the age of 17, he trained in Kyoto, Kanazawa, Kagurazaka, and Kataori, but he chose this region because of the allure of Hokuriku's ingredients.
The dishes are prepared with the delicacy learned at Kyoto's ryotei restaurants, techniques developed at Tsurukou, and thoughtful menu planning at Kataori, and are accompanied by the bounty of Hokuriku's rich land and sea.

Please enjoy to your heart's content the dishes created by Chef Kisanuki, who has honed his skills over 17 years of training.

Reservation rules

*Please make sure that the person who made the reservation is the one who will come. We do not accept substitutions or transfers of reservations in order to prevent problems. Please note that any visit by anyone other than the person making the reservation will be treated as a cancellation.
*Please refrain from wearing perfume, eau de cologne, or other strong scents. Please be sure to inform your companions.
*As a rule, last-minute cancellations will not be accepted. If last-minute cancellation is unavoidable, please cancel at least 3 days in advance on OMAKASE.
*Extensive allergies or food allergies that may affect more than one dish in a course will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to our cancellation policy depending on the timing of your request. Please check with us in advance before making a reservation.
