【A party to enjoy Daruma soba and ayu fish comparison】
Mr. Kunihiro Takahashi, the "God of Soba" based in Kitsuki, Oita Prefecture,
along with his direct disciples Toshifumi Okada (Kitsuki Okina Daruma) and Taizo Hirokado (Nihonryori Beppu Hirokado), will once again host a collaboration event this year!
This time’s theme ingredient is the Ayu (sweetfish), which was very popular last year, with an exciting twist.
We will offer a comparison of wild-caught Ayu and Ayu grown in the natural waters of Yufuin.
Mr. Kunihiro Takahashi will also be present on the day of the event.
We will present performances right before your eyes, along with "collaborative soba" featuring the soba from Kitsuki Okina Daruma, and other exclusive dishes only available on this day.
For those who wish to enjoy drinks, free transportation from the station will be provided.
