Gigon Sushi Takamitsu, a branch of Sushi Takamitsu, has opened its first restaurant in Gion, Kyoto.
The owner is Jun Kamekawa, who trained for about 12 years under Takamitsu Yasuda of Sushi Takamitsu.
As with the main restaurant, only the finest ingredients are sourced from Toyosu and carefully prepared Edomae-style sushi is served.
Enjoy a memorable and blissful experience in a special space along Hanami-koji street in Gion.
