[4/25]【The Ritz-Carlton Kyoto】Fujioka Sake Brewery Sookuu × Kaiseki「Kappou Mizuki」 Collaboration Event

Fujioka Sake Brewery started brewing sake in Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto in 1900, and in 1918 began production in Fushimi, a place with an abundance of good quality water.
However, in 1995, the Fujioka Sake Brewery's history came to an end.
In the winter of 2002, Masaaki Fujioka, the fifth-generation master brewer, started to build a new sake brewery and revitalize the Fujioka Sake Brewery.

The representative brand “Sookuu” creates a new history for Fujioka Sake Brewery.
"Sookuu” is handmade with only rice, rice malt, and water, and is an excellent sake that has no mixtures, allowing the taste of the rice to be fully appreciated.

The meal will be prepared in a special kappo-style.
Counter seating, limited to 10 people. Each dish will be served from the counter.

Please enjoy the pairing of “Sookuu”, which has a refreshing and gentle flavor reminiscent of a truly blue sky,
and “Kappou Mizuki”, a new attempt to use seasonal ingredients that remind you of spring.
