【Renewal opening on October 3, 2024】

Since its opening in 2021, 「Chef's Table by Katsuhito Inoue」, led by head chef Katsuhito Inoue, has been expressing the richness of Japanese nature using carefully selected ingredients in a space where guests can feel as natural as if they were relaxing at home.
Then, in October 2024, the interior was completely redesigned and transformed into a space that further resonates with the five senses.

At Chef's Table by Katsuhito Inoue, we continue to create dishes that can only be enjoyed in Kyoto, Japan, making full use of seasonal ingredients under the theme of the “72 seasons,” a detailed calendar that divides the 24 seasonal divisions into three more, and the spirit of Kyoto, the “spirit of cleaning up".
The renewal of the restaurant has focused on a new “food proposal” by taking a fresh look at the affinity between Japanese and Western cuisines, which the chef himself has long harbored.
The chef will offer an unprecedented taste experience by delicately expressing the changing seasons in accordance with the “72 seasons”.

Just for you, Katsuhito Inoue carefully prepares each dish in his private kitchen, right in front of the guests.
Katsuhito Inoue has continued to absorb the creativity of the “now” by studying at famous restaurants in Italy and Spain and traveling to the most advanced kitchens throughout Europe.
