We offer "Sanda Beef," a brand of beef that originates from pure Tajima cattle, raised in Hyogo Prefecture. We work directly with the farms and select only the finest Sanda Beef from female Tajima cattle, carefully chosen in close collaboration with the producers.
For the Sanda Beef steak, you can choose your preferred cut even in our course menus.
